Temperatures are starting to drop to around 9^C during the day. Had 1 junco start coming to the backyard, there are probably more in the neighbourhood. The house sparrows keep chasing it away, but it is persistent. I know that house sparrows are invasive, but they do attract migrating birds to the yard, as they see the flock and assume that there would be water and food nearby.
